When you add a new creative or edit an existing one, its status is automatically set to “Pending” while our Client Success Team reviews the content, including imagery, headlines, body copy, and more.Once everything checks out, your creative will be set to “Ready", and you'll receive an automated alert in your Slack Private channel.
Remember, both your reviewed creatives and the campaigns they’re a part of must be set to “Active” to start running on our network.If your creative violates any of Zeeto’s policies, it will be marked as “Denied.” Our Client Success Team will notify you and provide guidance on what needs to be updated.Learn more about Zeeto’s creative policies.
Our Client Success Team reviews creative requests during working hours (M-F, 8-5pm PST), aiming to review them within 1 hour.
