Frequently Asked Questions About Creatives

Can multiple creatives be added to my campaign?

Yes, of course! You can create and upload as many “Image/Headline/Body Copy” combinations as you’d like for your campaigns. Keep in mind the first creative you add to a campaign will automatically be the default.

Can I assign my creatives to targets (gender, age, location...ect)?

How do I split test creatives?

Split testing is simple, start by adding at least 3 creatives to your campaign. The default creative will have a weight of 0% while the other two creatives will be weighted equally at 50%.

What is a fallback creative?

Campaigns are required to have at least one active creative. A fallback creative cannot be paused which ensures that one creative is always set to active. To change the fallback creative of your campaign simply edit an existing creative or add a new creative, select the ‘Set as Fallback Creative’ under ‘Name’ in the ‘Settings’ section.

NOTE: The fallback creative will not be shown if there is more than one creative added to your campaign.

Can i adjust the weight of creatives when split testing?

No, we considered building this feature but did not see the value in it. We believe creatives should be split tested evenly and not on a biased scale.

Is there any approval process when I add a creative?

Yes, someone from Zeeto will have to approve every creative added. You can read more about the approval process here.
